Under the Waste Battery Regulations, Caboodle are now offering a take back scheme for all portable batteries. We are unable to refund hardware items which have a broken seal or have been used. Should you wish to return a hardware item, unless the item is faulty, the item must be sealed, un-used or damaged in anyway. Please note that all warranty repairs are between the manufacturer and the customer. Where a warranty is provided this must be within the warranty period. Should your hardware purchase be faulty in anyway you must report this to our Customer Service team within 3 days of receiving your item.
To organise a return simply call a member of our customer service team on 08 or complete the Call Me Back form. The item must be: sealed, un-used or damaged in anyway and be in a re-saleable condition. Should you change your mind about purchasing an item and you wish to return it, you must notify our Customer Service team of your decision within 14 working days of receipt of your goods. Should an item be damaged in transit or an incorrect item received this must be reported to our customer service team within 3 working days of receiving the delivery.
